An amazing player with unique style, in part inspired by the Australian guitar masters, Tommy and Phil Emmanuel. This live in studio recording to valve microphone though an Abbey Road valve preamp, with Jacob on a superb sounding Maton 6 string guitar, is incredible.

Sunrise - Liner Notes by Jacob Funnell

Sunrise - I wrote this inspired by the rising of the sun waiting for a new day.

Knowing - When I wrote Knowing, I felt that good things would take place in my life, knowing that they will be cherished forever. The song itself carries its own meaning.

Fault With Question - written mixed with different melodies to create a spontaneous excitement of sound for you to enjoy.

Finding The Road Home - is about a young boy who has run away from life. He has found himself lost and confused. During this time of trouble and pain he discovers that his journey is what makes him who he is now.

Voyage - an adventures song that carries a fun mood behind it. It brings a joyful atmosphere.

Take And Return - about the children in third world countries who are on the streets begging for care and money and then get taken or killed. Towards the end everything turns around and becomes good, with the children being set free and returning to a better place.
